Rainbow Restoration of Shoreview has proudly served the Twin Cities and surrounding areas for nearly a decade. We specialize in water, fire, and mold damage restoration, with a strong focus on quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a motivated and skilled Mitigation Manager/Estimator to join our growing team.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Mitigation Manager/Estimator who excels at estimating and is ready to take the next step in their career. This role will be responsible for leading mitigation projects from initial assessment through completion, ensuring accuracy in estimating and efficiency in project execution. Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed, accurate mitigation estimates using Xactimate/Xactanalysis And Symbility
- Conduct site inspections and document damage with notes, sketches, Docusketch, and photos
- Coordinate and manage field mitigation crews and subcontractors
- Communicate with insurance adjusters, homeowners, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company protocols
- Review job scope and budgets for accuracy and profitability
- Maintain strong project documentation and timelines
- Support the growth and development of the mitigation division
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in mitigation estimating (water, fire, mold)
- Proficient in Xactimate, Symbility and insurance industry platforms
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lead field crews and manage multiple projects
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT) preferred
- A self-starter with a desire to grow into a leadership role
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
